This is hands down the best property management company I have ever dealt with! I am not easy and expect the utmost professionalism and communication from my vendors. Victor is amazing! He works closely with Christian and is always updating me on status of maintenance, repairs and new/renewal tenant leases for my properties. He goes above and beyond, always! We have been with Stonegate Property Management (formerly Empire Management ) company for 20 years. We have had to deal with the usual property issues, plus an eviction, a legal matter, a break-in after the original tenants moved out, possible Co-VID non-rental payment because of work loss. We are not local owners and having Victor and Nicholas take care of things for us has been a peace of mind.
