The lady at that office is extremely disrespectful. Talks down to you, threatens you all for simply asking for help to some questions. Would not be surprised if they are not in business in within the next year.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The "manager", as unqualified as she may be, stole our contract out from under us even though we had been trying to close this deal with the elusive owners for 2 months. We filed an NOI within weeks of our contract being signed, yet she proceeds to tell me we have no interest in the property (our contract?) and the sale of the deed to the home couldn't be stopped by an NOI, then hangs up the phone.
