Dr. Falconio is a dentist who “truly” cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain his procedures and makes them painless. He follows up with his patients and treats them as family. He is an amazing dentist! The entire staff at Spoto Dentistry are professional, knowledgeable and caring and they are always there to address any concerns you may have

I had to have a nasty tooth pulled last week .I was a nervous wreck Dr Alan Cassara not only was he so kind and made me comfortable he was done in no time. Dr Alan is a perfectionist in what he does. after leaving his office i had no pain or any of the other common symptoms. i can't Thank You enough you are a wonderful and caring Doctor. Faced with a dental emergency, Dr. Cassara was nothing short of a godsend. His kindness, compassion, and attentiveness to my needs made an absolutely horrible experience much more manageable. I knew that I was in good hands. I am truly grateful.
Dr. Cassara is an excellent Oral surgeon. Had my wisdom teeth out at almost 55 was back to work the next day with no pain and only minor swelling.
