Called and spoke with sales manager Frank Gageby. I followed his instructions and filled out an application. By law they are required to give me a good faith estimate within 3 days of application. After exactly 3 days I contacted frank and was told he was working on it and I should hear back soon. I never got the estimate or a response from frank.
