My significant other recently called this location today around 9am to set up a primary care appointment after being referred by a law firm to a doctor who accepts his insurance. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The assistant who answered the call was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Serena was an absolute light during a difficult time. As a medical examiner, she was incredibly thorough and professional, but what truly stayed with me was her comforting presence. She had this gentle aura of care that wrapped around the room (you could feel it). She listened, explained everything with such patience, and made sure I never felt alone in the process.
