I had a terrible experience with this office that lasted from August 2016 to January 2017. In August no one knew what my appoint was for and they told me they credited my account. In October I get a call from Bev the billing lady, who was incredibly rude, saying I had an outstanding bill. She accepts and takes my credit card over the phone. I get a phone call in January from a collection agency about this bill, Bev and the office kept my credit card information for 3 months and never charged me
I have been a patient of Dr. Schumacher for several years. Dr. Schumacher is one of the most competent caring doctors I have ever met. Dr. Schumacher doesn't rush you through if you need to talk to him he gives you the time you need. Extremely Knowledgeable about everything I have had to deal with. Great Doctor they need more like him. You can't go wrong with this doctor. This doctor actually cares about his patients.
Dr. Schumacher and his staff are professional, and caring. They go above and beyond in every aspect of caring for you. There is a friendly family atmosphere and you sense that the staff REALLY cares about you and your health, nothing phony. He gives quality care and each experience leaves you feeling cared for and respected.
There isn't a better doctor on the planet. He is the best. He cares about people and human suffering and having a life worth living. That's what it all comes down to and why he is the greatest. We will all live and die, but the best life is one that has the least amount of suffering. The one everyone wishes to experience. That is the secret to happiness ..love.
