I lived there for a year and I had a roach problem the entire time no matter how many times they tried to get rid of them. Management was never helpful and they neighbors never picked up after themselves. I do not recommend this place only as a last resort.
I lived here when it was stonegate. It will always be stonegate. But now there is many Hispanic children who are not watched and break your stuff that's outside. Some parents will repay for it some of the Hispanic parents say no even though there children are the ones kicking the soccer ball and breaking your stuff and ruining your plants. The office does not do anything and it takes weeks if something inside is broke. If children were watched and respectful of ppls property it would get 4 stars. But no
