Its amazing what are you guys talking about you guys.\nAre lucky to have a place to stay now days.Like some people don't even have a place to stay.You should be lucky that you have enough money to rent this apartment

I almost Hit one of the maintenance workers who was picking up trash with a yellow dustpan. I would've seen him if he had a vest on or some indication that he works on site. The property is very outdated and constantly needs repairs which takes forever to fulfill. The apartments are prone to Water Leaks and Roach Infestations. You Never see Carpet Cleaners or Renovators working on units which leaves you to believe they don't use the money from the security deposits to repair the units once vacant. So upset with how they are handling my move out process.. been here for five years and they are charging me 800$ of cleaning fees alone600$ of that is for the carpet which wasn’t new when we moved in and had it professionally cleaned twice by the people they send. Also no shoes were ever worn inside the house … 50$ for toilet seats and an extra two days of rent because I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my keys over the weekend and turned them in the very next business day in person .
