Javier the maintenance man did a great job repairing around my apartment. He fixed my sink and installed my stove thanks for your help
Previous Review: The community is nice and peaceful. The maintenance is kind and helpful. The apartment is nice and spacious. There is sediment in the water lines so I can't give it five stars. We have to keep calling the maintenance to change the aerators. The aerators get clogged very quickly too so they aren't that efficient in keeping the water pressure normal for longer periods of time. Updated Review: June 25, 2022. Worst place to apply and more worst is the manager.
The new manager is never in the office. Is very difficult to get a hold of her. I have left messages and no response. The property is very dirty. The elevators are horrible. Homeless are sleeping in the stairwells. The cleaning of the property has declined a lot in the last few months. I don’t recommend this property.
Ima as resent customer I want to let people know this management is kind of fraud when they deal with people I’m one of this victim unfortunately that I was received a called as she was calling dozens of people for just one apartment and she was push you to apply for it without any confirmation that it will be for you but her sound look like you will take it specially when you pay more than$35 fee for application but after go and back with application she with her management put you on hold for any small reason because she a... read more
