We had a great time Sunday afternoon at the New Berlin location! Eating areas and buffet were clean, organized and fully stocked despite it being a busy weekend afternoon. It was our first time visiting and staff was helpful and patient. We will definitely be back!
This place smells like barf. There was poopy diapers smelling up the bathroom. The pizza is slimey and I felt sick. This place sucks. My kids hated the pizza as well. The buffet tastes like it was out for 12 hours. I feel so bad that my son had a terrible birthday experience here.
Extremely ghetto and highly overpriced. Parents refused to watch their kids after announcements were made for children to stay with their parents. I’d rather drive down Fond du Lac Avenue then go back here. This place needs better enforcement of their requests or they need start having and enforcing a kid limit per group. Was not enjoyable at all for the $150 we paid to have our family go. We will not be returning.
Kids seemed to have a good time today (a 7 year girl, (2) 10 year old boys and (2) 13 year old girls), they loved the new VR game, playing classic arcade games, climbing wall, bounce house, frog hopper, bumper cars. I did not. The games take so many points to play, their points were gone so fast, and its not cheap to get in! It cost me $125 for all of us today (i just had the buffet too)!! The girls had a deal with a $10 card for games and 1 ninja course run, and the boys...Continue Reading
games were fun. food was ok... alot of people was there so that little place was packed. im just glad my daughter had fun for her birthday
I hope to never have to go back there, way to expensive for my son and I. I would really like a refund. Half the games were broken. Food was aweful. Made me really sad I took my son there.
One person to check out a line at 6:00PM on a Friday? Rethink this because when people are coming from work after 5PM and trying to be on time for a party it is unfortunate waiting in the cattle line for the inept teenager to get things going. She had zero sense of urgency and never called for help as the line grew out the door. We were third in line and got to our party 25 minutes after arrival which is not good.
Food wasn’t that good and the line for food was rather chaotic.
Today was my first time at StoneFire Pizza and I loved it. I. Really liked the food and the arcade games. You can really get lost in there if you don’t know your way around.
