Be careful when you pay I was at the restaurant in west hills back in July I was charged twice $$$, I’ve been trying to get my money back and have not been able to.
Ordered Easter dinner on line a couple of days in advance. Received an email 25 minutes before scheduled pick up time that their ordering system was not able to transmit an order scheduled for today." Left us scrambling to reorder and the the location was sold out of something that we had ordered. They offered no more that "their apologies for this inconvenience." You'd think they would at least to to make it up with a coupon for a free meal or dessert later on.
If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately I need to give 1 star. I called the catering office and spoke with Janet on how I would like my event to be catered. Janet asked for the location of my event. I told her where and my location will be at and she stated she will need to call the restaurant to confirm if they can go to the location she said she would call me right back that day but I’ve never received a phone call at all.
