We had lunch today at Stonefire Grill and the service was amazing. We had a very nice gentleman by the name of Shaq who brought her food out to the table. He was very kind and had such great customer service.
First time here, not one employee greated me as I walked in nor did they explain to me how to order for a to go order waited around for someone to finally come over and take my order and says next time you need to order at the other register she expected me to know that there was a separate cashier for to go orders and then when I get my order they didn’t even give me my drink or silverware for my order also the tri tip was cold and the food was gross. The employee’s name is Noemi. I will not be returning.
If you're someone who really appreciates bang for your buck..... I suggest another place. The staff was very helpful and seem genuinely very friendly and happy. It's mostly self serve, meaning you get your your own fountain drinks, straws, silverware, plates, ect. The food was acceptable. The spinach dip was phenomenal! My food came cold but still tasted good. I'm not a fan of ordering at the counter but to each their own. The macaroni and cheese is a must get.
