Carolyn H. They have been a pleasure to work with. The granite I chose was perfect for my kitchen and the price was competitive. They were prompt in giving me my estimate and the installation was much faster than expected. Most of all, they do their work locally. There were great finishing touches with the installation. I was amazed at how they matched the pattern with the seam for the next piece . I highly recommend them.
The Absolute Best Choice! In the summer, Stonecutter's Guild installed a gorgeous new granite countertop in our kitchen. They were outstanding from the first visit, to install, to the follow-up to make such we were totally satisfied. They left our kitchen clean & like new after installation! We are so proud of what they did for us! Chuck & Michelle & Kyle & Scott were extremely professional in every thing they did! Thanks! I'm so glad we chose Stonecutter's Guild!
The Best in Town Stonecutter's did our new countertops and they are great. I got a bathroom countertop from another local company and they made a huge mess and didn??t even come close to making the installation look as good. Stonecutters was meticulous in making sure the stone was level in every direction and did a remarkable job with the seam and backsplash. Stonecutter's Guild Inc My husband and I have used Stonecutter's on 2 custom homes. They were very professional and had excellent customer service. The installation was perfect and the seams are unrecognizable. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends. They are very helpful in color selection and their stone is very well priced. Two thumbs up!
Excellent customer service I have used Stonecutter's Guild for two different projects in my home and they were not only friendly, polite and businesslike, but went out of their way to give me specific information about how to care for my marble and granite and answered a million questions I had about specific products. I was very pleased with their customer service and found their prices to be less than another place in Huntsville.
Very Rude We went into Stonecutter's to look at granite for our kitchen. We found the lady (I believe she is the owner) to be impatient and rude to us. She acted as if she did not care if we were there or not. My husband and I left there and ended up buying our granite from another granite company downtown.
