Beautiful building with gorgeous views. Staff were pleasant. Food taste did not match restaurant class. I. E. Could have had the same kind of food at a local family restaurant.
The view of the lake is lovely but the quality of the food, and presentation, is lacking. It all made for a disappointing first experience.
I was expecting real restaurant food because this place is beautiful. We got frozen onion ring calamari and a can of Hormel chili. Seriously. I ordered the chili in a bread bowl and it WAS A CAN OF HORMEL CHILI. And I know because I love chili and have had my fair share of canned chili. Our server was also rude. It is such a cool spot and it’s embarrassing that the food was so bad. Chili is not even hard to make. I was so confused and disappointed by this.
Service was very poor, made us wait over an hour. Deliberately made us miss happy hour. Once inside, customers after us was served before us! Two hours for three sandwiches and no drinks 🤬
This was a TERRIBLE restaurant. The wait for a table was way longer than they stated. After we finally were seated, we realized it took forever to get a seat because the service is sooo slow!! The food was subpar, to say the least. The chicken on our sandwiches was so dry, almost choked on it. Weird the food arrived on plates with microwave covers…sketchy.
