I lived here two years and overall, it was pretty great. It was affordable, a quick walk to campus and Franklin, and every room has their own bathroom. The downside was parking and not much of a living room space, but there were plenty of off-street parking spots/parking lots next door. There is a room upstairs with couches and a tv, but the keys they provided didn't work which was a bummer. Wifi was good and even though they aren't luxury apartments, they incude anything you could need. I would recommend living here!

This apartment building gets 1 star because it is significantly cheaper than other places in the same area and proximity to UNC’s Campus. You truly get what you pay for. It is IMPOSSIBLE to park your car under this building and leave at the end of the year with no scratches or dents. Even if you are careful, other people will bump into your car. Everything you need is included. Good price. Definitely the best deal around UNC campus.
