I've always gone to this office. But today they're office manager changed that by being inconsiderate and disrespectful. I love the whole staff and could name them all but Meghan the office manager needs a class or too on patient care and respect. Still deciding on staying or leaving the office after I speak to someone who won't act like a kid during a hard situation.
Not a fan. Not at all. Not worth it, not expounding on it.
Disappointed that the group made no attempt to notify us that an office visit will be required to approve a refill for my daughter's medication. My daughter now has a lapse in her medication due to this lack of communication. Had we been aware, we could have had her in for a visit well before the next refill.
I like the providers, for the most part, but some of their office policies reflect greed. Also, same day appointments are very difficult to come by.
