came in with a special bite guard that had been damaged. I had a specific conversation with Dr. Vargas about it, and that I needed a like replacement. When I arrived to pick it up I found that Dr vargas had completely ignored me and had a standard bite guard made. I asked about getting the correct bite guard and they could not find out anything about it, despite the fact that they made the original. Crap record keeping and at least one crap dentist. Will never be back.
