These well maintained apartments feature open floor plans that have been recently renovated. Off street parking, indoor bicylce storage, and laundry facilities are available onsite.
Love the management so easy to work with and always accommodating. The services are are excellent and any repairs needed are always done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Employs really aggressive maintenance personnel, who trespass onto neighbor's property, and are incredibly loud and in your face when you try to talk to them. One of them ran over something that had fallen about 6" over the property line, got really loud at me when I said I would ask the management company about it, and came back a few minutes later to hammer on my front door and yell across my lawn about it. Not sure how the management picks their yard people, but I was terrified.
