this is a torture chamber
This place kidnapped my husband. He is currently in there being tortured. Being forced to take medication that is taking away his emotions. He can’t feel anything right now. I don’t know how this is even legal. This is disgusting. He has a tether on his foot, they’re billing our private insurance. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. my experience in the adolescent unit was absolutely horrible. i was given a medication i did not know i was allergic to and had to suffer the reaction for multiple days until my meds were switched. had to wait over 3 hours for emergency medication when my reaction got so bad i couldnt eat or even swallow and could barely breathe. i was repeatedly given non-vegetarian meals even after explaining multiple times meat makes me very ill. the vegetarian meals i was given were so disgusting i couldnt... read more
This place needs to be shut down
I had such a horrible experience. I already wanted to die. being there made it worse. They took me off all of my psych & pain meds cold turkey. I went through withdrawal from the pain medication, I threw up for 3 days. Then they made me take a new medication that made me very sick. It made my head spin constantly.
