Hey, read the other reviews; I have nothing new to add.
I was there a year ago and I have bipolar and other mental illnesses and I can tell you right now I got the worse treatment ever there. I didn't see therapist or get to express anything that was bothering me. They kept me for 28 days and they kept me doped up. When I was released I was in way worse condition then I was before I went in there. I couldn't even function from the meds they put me on and had people worried about my well being and when I stopped taking the meds that were keeping me up for days on end I was having ... read more
Would give zero stars if I could. Had a family member who was a patient here, when i would call the staff was soooooo rude, unprofessional and all sound like they have a 1st grade education. They literally act like they are all special needs or something; no exaggeration.. I would call and they would cut me off mid sentence, put me on hold, and then hang up on me. Not to mention anytime I did get ahold of someone they were not helpful at all and didn’t know anything like it was their first day on the job. This place is trash... read more
When my was there they had him so heavily medicated that he didn't know what was going on. Looked at his records and they pushed the meds more than actual care. Lost his belongings, a hand made leather belt that he and I crafted, his Nike high tops and one of his favorite jackets. His records have them calling him Mr. Smith not our family name. He was sent here by Henry Ford Health Madison Heights, we the family wanted him go back to Havenwyck as we both have been there for treatment in the past. If your loved one needs care... read more
I wish there was better communication in my discharge at this place. Therapy was good but the food could have been better.
