One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. II was impressed by their manner and treatment toward the family pets and family members. They were well informed, courteous and helpful. They answered questions, provided guidance in not just the treatment, but in other areas that was discussed. It was obvious that they cared for the animals/pets and their owners/family. The prices were reasonable, and my family will continue to take our pets there for regular treatments and any emergencies.
