Stone Creek senior living community is full of energy, warmth and fun. The residents are always doing a new activity, happy and genuinely cared for by the entire leadership team. Every visit here is a positive experience for me and my team.
Wonderful staff and a beautiful facility
My review is a mixed review because the caregivers for the most part are kind, compassionate and caring but they are overwhelmed by the sheer number of residents they care for. The wellness director and assistant wellness director make promises but rarely deliver. In the 15 months my mom was there before her passing I was there almost daily with multiple calls weekly about routine not followed, housekeeping issues, safety issues, inability to contact staff after hours and the list goes on.
