This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at the Piedmont location. Dr.Rice has been my dermatologist for over 9 years and was my dermatologist before she came to this practice. I was even her patient when I was in pediatric dermatology. Nobody will return my calls they don’t seem to care I’ve been calling for three weeks to have my physician fax in my prescription for citrate free humira to my abbvie assist because the classic humira hurts me and no one has done it no one will call me back I’ve even talked to a few people and still nothing I’ve left messages and all still nothing
