My guy Randy from the Canton location came thru very quick and handled our tub drain with ease while talking anime with us. We hope he’s the one who comes to our rescue for future maintenance requests.
Worst place in Grand Rapids to live. The management cares more about the security of the pool more than the security of the tenants. Also, don't talk to property manager about your business because he will share it with other residents. DON'T MOVE HERE. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
Ever since I moved in this year it has been nothing but amazing. I'm so happy with every aspect of living here, the office staff is friendly and understanding, the maintenance is great and fast working. They even have a wrapping station for Christmas where you can bring the kids and have them wrap presents that's so cute! I'm so happy that even with the smallest request like my lint trap has a hole in it and they just fixed it noproblem. I'm so happy here I would give 10000000 stars if I could
