I have enjoyed working with Dr Buffington as he has taken good care of my dog when I am there. However, don’t leave a message during lunch because they will probably not get back with you and blame it on you for not getting the message. Try to not call during their 2 hour lunch time from 12-2
We take all 4 of our pets (2 cats and 2 dogs) to Dr. B. He and his staff are truly amazing and always available to provide guidance, information, and solutions. Thank you for all that you do!
5 Stars is not nearly enough. Dr. B took wonderful care of my Molly for 16 years and when it came time to let her go yesterday the situation was handled flawlessly. They took every little detail to make sure Molly and her family were comfortable at such a sad time. Everyone at the clinic is professional and extremely caring. Thank you Stonebrook Vet from the bottom of my heart.
Dr. Buffington and staff are wonderful. I have brought 4 different dogs to them and get great, fair service. And they're very sweet with our doggies.
The whole staff is very friendly and caring and always help get Molly back in order.
Day 2 after our move to Frisco and our sweet dog had a horrible seizure! It was Saturday and very few bets were open much less willing to take on a new dog, but Stonebrook told us to come right away and they treated her as if she was their own. We are forever grateful to Dr. Buffington and his team!
My dog was sick and they were able to get me in for a same day appointment on Saturday. (Plus, I am a new patient) After their initial look, the Dr broke down all my options and gave me a full list of costs, with no obligation. We looked at what was most important and took out costs that could be delayed and came up with a final figure that I could pay at the time. No judgments, compassionate, and take care of both pet and human. Great prices, very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.
