The crew did a nice job.Spring weather with rain interrupted. Completed in a timely manner with new shingles. A steep roof. A bit of a challenge. Also did some custom work changing the pitch of the roof on the back over the kitchen where I had a major leak.The crew picked up all the debris but needed to run their magnet a couple of more times to get the excess nails. Polite and courteous.
Justin was so quick and very prompt and answered all of our questions!! Very honest and helpful and so fast! The work done is absolutely beautiful! We are so thankful
The condition of my roof required significant attention. I worked with Brandon who ensured all steps from A-Z were completed on time and with great attention to detail. In addition to Brandon, the supervisors and crew were professional, punctual and very friendly. Lincoln is fortunate to have such a reputable company help when our home exteriors need immediate and professional attention!
Customer Service at this place is non-existent. Had my roof done in 2020, took 4-5 weeks to get my contact then to return my calls so they could come back out and caulk some areas they missed. Then the corner of my roof leaked over the edge and it never did this before the re shingle job. I just put up with it for a bit then got tired of putting up with it, and I must of called over a dozen times leaving messages with the receptionist thats answers the phone for Justin to call me.
