Customer Service at this place is non-existent. Had my roof done in 2020, took 4-5 weeks to get my contact then to return my calls so they could come back out and caulk some areas they missed. Then the corner of my roof leaked over the edge and it never did this before the re shingle job. I just put up with it for a bit then got tired of putting up with it, and I must of called over a dozen times leaving messages with the receptionist thats answers the phone for Justin to call me. They are very prompt on getting to any emergency situations that we have. At our most recent, they even took the time to clean up the interior from broken ceiling tiles.
