Great Amenities and awesome staff The pool is so nice to have in this hot Texas sun... also considering we do NOT pay for the water here! That's the best. I'm not from Texas, and most places I have ever lived pay for the water/sewer trash... so Victoria is a real eye opener! Stonebrook apartments are also more affordable than other apartments by comparison AND the square footage is more here too! mismanaged and outdated these are among the more affordable apartments in the area. They look neat and well kept from the outside, but inside the apartments are just layers of cracked paint and caulk and flimsy materials. the management isn't around much and plays favorites. IE allows residents who are her friends to break the rules like bringing tons of people to the pool (lookin at the lady with 5 kids who invites several friends over and they all just take over the entire pool area, she also runs a business giving swimmin... read more
