I'm retired and relocated back to Cleveland with my granddaughter who recently graduated from Kent University and accepted a teaching position with CMSD . We having been living here 3 years in the coming November. Our experience has always been enjoyable here the management Ashley and Oleg are friendly ,helpful and definitely professional. The maintenance department is efficient and knowledgeable. Victor in maintenance was recently in our apartment to check a water issue,which he found the issue and repaired. He then began to work on other issues that we had put a work order in but was not expecting him to take care of the same day, very satisfied with his work and helpfulness... read more
I recently moved here and have been living in the apartment for about two weeks now, and I’m really enjoying it so far. The place is very comfortable and the views are fantastic. The neighborhood feels very and welcoming, and its location is close to downtown, which makes trips to my office quick and convenient. Overall, a great place to live!
Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am at Stonebridge Apartments. I have been living here for about a week now & I can say I am very happy & satisfied, looks way better in the inside than what is shown in the website pictures, it is very detailed. Has lots of areas to view, shows surrounding grounds, has shopping locations, restaurants, parking, walk around areas, it is very safe and there are a lot fun things to do around. The management is good and you can’t forget the amazing stunning views! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I just moved into StoneBridge Waterfront at beginning of January. So far the Property staff has been outstanding. Oleg is more than helpful with any all questions and concerns I have. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues as well. Packages are delivered without any hiccups. My apartment is also pretty amazing. The walls can be a bit thin in some areas but the view of the city and bridge are fantastic.
