An ex con with dirty dreads used to come to fix things WITH NO TOOLS,BOT EVEN A LIGHT, also maintenance having relations in vacant properties,selling fent, using the keys ro gsin entry,they also steal, hopefully they got someone new,bit if you move in use a blacklight over the ENTIRE house before putting your things in there...yuck

When Ashley was the manager things were good. Never had any maintenance issues or any other issues. You called she would return calls and emails within 1 business day. Now you call the office nobody answers you leave message on portal nobody responds. I had a gas leak and called Spire they came out told the office what needed to be done and Ashley had someone at my house the next day. Since Ashley has been gone a lot of things have gone downhill.
