Horrible it's not enough room to write what i have to say !
When Ashley was the manager things were good. Never had any maintenance issues or any other issues. You called she would return calls and emails within 1 business day. Now you call the office nobody answers you leave message on portal nobody responds. I had a gas leak and called Spire they came out told the office what needed to be done and Ashley had someone at my house the next day. Since Ashley has been gone a lot of things have gone downhill. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone at the office regarding my lease since Monday and no one returns your phone call. Walked down to the leasing office and it has a sign on the door. This place is so unprofessional. How can we get in touch with anyone if they’re not answering the phones or even returning calls or emails?
