Terrible. Considering the board members have their own agenda. But, good news, the HOA's are now being held accountable for their actions as the governing body is no longer under private contractual agreements. My suggestion is to stop withholding pool passes and clean up the filthy ponds that are littered with debree. I have supporting documentation. Stop trying to make your pool private to the select few.
Very well kept amenities and very well kept neighborhood. We love it here!!!
