The biggest complaint I have right now is the lack of maintenance and urgency. My family and I live here, and our AC has been broken for 3 weeks now. The temperatures have been in the 90s outside not including heat index. At first, they told us to just make sure all our windows and blinds were closed to help keep the heat out because it’s not an “emergency”. Recently moved here and Emily has been amazing from the beginning! She’s been super helpful and accommodating and has made the move in process so much easier.
Apartment Manager was very helpful haven't had any problems
