Relocating to Frisco because of job transfer and found the short term lease we needed at Stonebriar of Frisco Apartments, Stacy & Karin have been very helpful.
I have lived here since 2013 and I have never lived in such a wonderful place! The neighbors are extremely friendly and even though staff has been rotated a few times, the staff and management and maintenance that we have is almost the perfect situation! Cassidee has been a breath of fresh air and has handled all situations with ease and perfection. I have brought at least 3 friends to live at the complex and they absolutely love it too.
This is the most horrific apartment I've ever been in!!!! The staff are stupid and have no idea what's going on at any point of any day!!!! It's extremely under staffed and what staff is here is worthless!!!! Ask for something to be fixed.... Forget about it!!! Air conditioning sucks!!!! Set it at 45 and it will stay 80 in the apartment!!!! Roof leaks and tell them water is pouring in and still never gets fixed!!!! DONT EVER EVER EVER GET AN APARTMENT HERE!!!!!!!
Worst apartment complex that I have ever been in as far as management goes. My pregnant girlfriend and I were left freezing during the winters and baking during the summers because they refused to fix the leak in our air conditioning unit for over two years. The water bill is shared and that means with the grass and flowers outside so expect to pay 60 and up for water. To sum up my experience here...it was a disaster.
