RecommendedI have lived at Stonebriar Apartments for over 5 years and any time I have had any issues, Renee in the office has always been helpful, available, and is a great problem solver. She is excellent at returning phone calls and emails. The maintenance staff is quick to fix anything in the apartment. It’s a great place to live!

I’ve been here for going on 5 years, and I have to say the maintenance staff here is top notch! Geo, and the others, handle things quickly and efficiently. They are always extremely courteous and go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of in my apt. They both always do so with a smile and full of energy.

Very nice area to live, the maintenance people are good, they answer very quick and the office staff are good i really recomended.

This review is for Courtney in the leasing office. Courtney has been helpful since day one. She helped me have a smooth move in process and is always helpful now that I live here. She returns emails and phone calls promptly and goes above and beyond to make sure maintenance requests are tended too promptly as well. She’s great! Ask for her if you’re thinking about moving here!
This is an amazing complex to live in. A one bedroom is perfect for a two person family. It’s very cozy and homie. They have a cute little doggie park for your pets. And they even take out the trash for you so you don’t have to walk down a flight of stairs with yours.
Roaches, Rats, and dog crap litter the property. Maintenance usually take 2 weeks to 2 months to respond to work orders. When it rains, water finds it's way into the apartment. General Managers change often but none of them will respond to any issues directly and will either pass the buck or do absolutely nothing. But don't take my word, read all the negative reviews on Google to see that they have a 2.8 rating.
Never had a problem after reporting the pool and being ignored and let kids swim in mold and greenish water���
Lived here since 2012 and truly enjoy it. Wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly - the maintenance guys know how to maintain these apartments and quick to respond to needs. Life is good at Stonebriar of Frisco!
