We recently moved to Lawrence and I had purchased a washer and dryer from a national company. After several problems with scheduling on their part I cancelled the order because their scheduling system wouldn't work. A family member suggested Stoneback Appliance and I am forever grateful! They delivered the next day!
I'm a little late on this review. We bought a washer and dryer set from Stoneback this spring after our washer gave out. The price was great and the customer service there is outstanding. A few reasons to go there, 1) shopping local, 2) specialty store that sells appliances and 3) extremely knowledgeable of the products they sell. I am an extremely satisfied customer that will be going back there for my next appliance.
Absolutely amazing service!! We have an old house and our old stove was shoved into the wall so far it appeared to be impossible to remove. Stoneback's sent two expert people out and they went far above and beyond to take it out safely and put in our new beautiful stove that we purchased from them. We have also purchased a washer and dryer from them and again had wonderful service. I recommend Stoneback's very highly!!
Today we needed a dishwasher. We checked the prices at the competition. We visited Stonebeck's to keep the business local. The price was in competition with the other stores. Service was outstanding. Installation was today and we are so, so happy. Very nice experience, yeh for the local folks!
These guys are great! We bought a five burner KitchenAid stove and the mother board went out. Whirlpool did not have the part so these folks took one off a range in their showroom for us. You don't get that kind of service from a box store.
