Wow. Everyone there knows their stuff. Not once did I hear "Gee, I don't know...let me call someone bla bla" They actually answered my questions! No pushy salespeople ("Would you like to buy our 2 year protection plan for only $59.95?") Stonebacks blows Home Depot and Nebraska Furniture Mart out the water any day of the week. AMAZING customer service! The heating element went out of the dryer we purchased from them and it was past the warranty but they still replaced the part for free. Will absolutely be recommending you guys to anyone looking for appliances! Thank you for taking such good care of your customers!
