Istarted cleaning after battling with roaches, rarely see them now. But while cleaning dishwasher, i see this coming out! Owner and apartment manager, make rules but don't inforce them. It's all about money and vouchers. They don't care about the teners just the $$$ if you have a problem, don't even bother saying anything, they'll just give you the phone number for 1-800- whaaa. I'd like too say more but my attorney says HUSH.
The apartments are huge, it will be difficult to find bigger apartments in this price range. Maintenance is responsive usually coming the same day or next day to do quick fixes. They let you paint your own accent wall or they will do it for you for only $50. The layout of the apartments is very flexible allowing for different set ups. I have a dedicated office bedroom living room and art studio where the dining room should be. They are very customizable. That's rare in an apartment. They lie to get you to move in and my apartment was invested by bed bugs from the prior renter which jackkie told me there wasn’t any and I didn’t even ask about them because I had no problems at other apartments with them. She just blurted it out.I realized the first thing that come out a person mouth is the first thing they’re lying about.they have lots of roaches no matter how good you clean. Where do I start, the maintenance men never fix anything. The apartments are infested with roaches. The manager is only cool with some tenants and she talk about everyone business to everyone else. Most people have black mold in there places but no one that works there cares to fix it. The men that live there like to look at little girls some of them sleep with them. Pool is rarely clean.
