Called stone systems to quote on repairing our HP Laserjet 4100, (Paper not picking up). Gave me a flat labor rate, (no travel time or any junk). Had a tech onsite within 2 hours and fixed the printer within 15 min. We are backup and running again. Very, Very, nice people to work with. Lee
