I agree with Alexandra's post. Customer service is horrible and our counter tops have had to be resealed several times (only three years old) and Stone Soup did not stand behind their work. When installed, they forgot to clean or brush off the undersides of the counter tops. This caused pieces of concrete/fabric to continuously fall on our silverware and dishes. I spent two days trying to clean the undersides. I would not recommend Stone Soup! We need our tops refinished again, and I am sure they will not re-seal them for us... read more

I am a senior studio art major at Smith College, and Mike and Kelly at Stone Soup were immensely helpful in the creation of my final sculpture project. I truly could not have done it without them! I had an idea to cast holes in the ground with concrete, a material I was very unfamiliar with. I decided to reach out via email, to see if they had any tips. We had kitchen counters installed by Stone Soup in the summer of 2019, and we couldn't be happier! The crew was very professional, from our initial meeting through installation, and the results are fantastic. We love the look and feel of our counters, and they are definitely the focal point of the kitchen in our home.
