The team at Stone Services was quick to service my issue and had extensive knowledge to diagnose the problem. I like to be fully informed of what’s wrong and they did just that with a thorough explanation with photos and a written summary at my request. I appreciated their transparency and the friendly communication from all staff throughout the process!
My go to HVAC specialist was fully booked and I asked for recommendation for someone who wil not rip me off. I was referred to Stone services in Chapel Hill. I called on Friday 7 pm, clearly after hours. Tyler was at our house at 9 am on Saturday. He fully serviced our AC that didn't want to stay on, identified and fixed the problem.
