Rick, Tyler and crew were all fantastic, friendly and communicative throughout the process of our HVAC issues and ultimately new system install. Glad to use them now and will continue using them for all HVAC needs.
After a year of issues with our last AC company we finally branched out and tried another company- Stone services. They came out, did a full diagnostic, spent time looking at every detail of our unit/the issues and came up with a plan. They identified and fixed issues that the previous company we had ignored for a full year. The techs were knowledgeable, polite, professional and efficient. The unit is working properly now and the issues are fixed. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone!
Stone Services provided excellent customer service from start to finish. All the associates were very responsive and Tyler Stone, the owner, provided me with several options for replacing my now defunct unit. He was thorough in his explanation and took care to measure and review the area to be cooled and heated so I could make an informed decision on what unit would work best for me. All excellent things to say about this company. I very seldom write a review, but my 2 experiences with Stone have been exceptionally EXCELLENT. The first experience was to have them give me a quote on replacing an 18 year old unit in my basement. Tyler was very professional, spent time with me to review and also provided me guidelines on the unit to ensure it qualified for the yearly tax credit.
