DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. My mother rented over 10 years, most of the time her appliances were broken, carpet was disgusting. She was charged almost 1300 a month plug garage fees, does not include utilities. My moms neighbor told me he was paying $1500 for the same space. Well my mom died of cancer. Thinking of moving here, DONT. NO maintenance. Dogs unrestrained; owners allow dogs to drop where others live and walk away. Community rules mean nothing more than price of paper they’re written on. I’ve been paying for a garage go almost a year, 10 months, can’t access. I have been living here for a little over a year and this is my first apartment that I have leases and it is amazing. The property manager and the handyman are both friendly and cool people. The environment is very friendly. 10/10

I still don't have cool air flowing in the apartment I rent it's been over 100 degrees outside and 82 degrees inside this apartment. How long is it going to take before I either pass out from a heat stroke or die. It's hard to function in conditions like this and I'm told the same lies. How long Spring Lake, how long?!!?

I have been complaining about rats since the beginning of February and the company has done nothing to solve this issue while I was still paying my rent on time. I’ve asked to have my rent reimbursed for this month so that I can vacate this rat filled apartment to find a new place, days later this is their response. It’s like they are doing me a favor by waiving the early termination fee, when it’s their negligence caused this issue. This is seriously a slum at this point. Pool was green for over two years. It's been closed since Covid began 2yrs ago. The office is normally locked even during office hours. There's always a sign that says they're out on the property but they don't return. They rarely answer the phn & don't return msgs. The emergency maintenance # is frequently out of service. The staff is maybe one of the laziest offices I have ever seen. I had to request my lease 5 different times over email, three times over the phone, and even physically went into the office to request it and they didn't until I called the corporate office to get involved. Then, I was initially charged a month-to-month fee because they alleged I hadn't sent them my insurance. If I could give zero or - stars I would! In our 3yrs Murders in next building Rat & Roaches infestation & took 5 months for us to be moved when we showed video pics of Rats o. Camera, ruined 2 sectional couches, I'm allergic. So I had to begin getting shots weekly & always affected! Horrible lying manager that doesn't know her job & refuses to make healthy living a priority!
