They give you a price for the unit when you sign a contract and then they add a lot of things, you end up paying more than what the contract says and also the maintenance is not good, you report it and they don't come to fix it... I thought differently when I moved here because it had been recommended to me but nothing to do with what they told me.
They have you sign a surety bond instead of a security deposit before moving in, when moving out my final bill was 521 (final water bill, a broken mirror, etc) and I payed them directly via check. I was told that was all I needed to do and not to worry about the bond since I was just paying them. Several months later my credit score has dropped 30 points because they claimed an ADDITIONAL 521 through the bond and it was sent to collections after receiving no notice about owing additional money. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been here 6 months I have had CONSTANT problems with my AC I have multiple work orders just for this. I have gone multiple days with no AC even now that it works it still has problems. I have been FIVE weeks without a dryer. I was told it was a part that needs to be order and when the part magically arrived after multiple calls it needed up not being the problem I had ALL burnt breakers. Wanted to put 1 but my man told me be nice. AC issues. Maintenance issues. Takes forever for someone to come out and fix these issues, including a broken sliding balcony door from a rock when the grass was mowed.
