Extremely disappointing experience with Stone Ridge Apartments. After moving in May 2025, DTE set up my utility account under the wrong address — their mistake, not mine. I was paying bills every month, completely unaware that my actual apartment had no electric account attached. Because of this mix-up between DTE and Stone Ridge, the apartment got billed and then charged me three $25 violation fees, adding up to over $100. I contacted the leasing office multiple times.
