This is a great storage facility with very responsible owners! I had the unfortunate experience of somehow leaving my unit unlocked. I received a phone call from the owners informing me that my unit was unlocked with a question of how I wanted to proceed. I live in California and don't have anyone in the area who would have been able to help me.
