This is a great storage facility with very responsible owners! I had the unfortunate experience of somehow leaving my unit unlocked. I received a phone call from the owners informing me that my unit was unlocked with a question of how I wanted to proceed. I live in California and don't have anyone in the area who would have been able to help me. The owners were kind enough to take a picture of my storage unit from the outside to ensure that my belongs were still there, they purchased a new lock, installed it and mailed th... read more
