They probably shouldn’t have closed the Blaine location, it’s hard to get a table here and the service is slow
The steamed dumplings are incredible!!! I had the shrimp pho too and it was awesome. So glad I stopped in at this place randomly.
The pho is great. The noodles are perfect. The pho broth is really oily at first but after you add some lime, a little hoisin and Sriracha, a little chili oil then it's perfect. Always add extra ribeye.
This is by far the best pho in and round the area of Roseville, and Maplewood. The broth was flavorful and clean. I am told they make it fresh everyday. To top it off my favorite meat (oxtail) choice was available. I live on the cusp of Maplewood and Oakdale, but I would drive to this side to have Stone pho.
