Called 5 minutes before arriving to see how long the wait was. I was told no wait. Arrived and there were 4 people waiting to be seen.
Showed up at 10:00, and was in the waiting room for an hour before anyone even gave me paperwork. Now at 12:00, I am asking for my ID back and will find a place that is equipped for urgent care. This doctor is a one-man practice who seems like he just wants all the money so he tries to be both an PCP and an urgent care all in one.
Dr Gogu is my primary care doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would not use anyone else. I strongly recommend this wonderful doctor for ypur family needs.
