They never respond to non urgent calls. They never call back. It’s better for them to hire more staff to help residents.
I had a great experience at Stone Oak! Yankel in the leasing office was absolutely wonderful he helped me with everything and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Jay Romani also deserves special recognition for her excellent work and expertise. When my dishwasher stopped working, she came over, identified that it just needed a reset, fixed it on the spot, and it worked perfectly. Really grateful for such a responsive and caring team!
