I’ve been working with Vanessa in the leasing office. She has been so amazing! The property looks great. I went from being nervous to being so excited to move! Thank you, Vanessa!!! Very nice and excellent community
I have been a resident here for now over 6 months, and I have never had such a horrible experience living somewhere. I feel I have a moral obligation to inform potential future residents about what they’re signing up for, so here is a timeline of some of the things I’ve experienced during my time at Stone Oak at Parmer: On my first day of move in, my refrigerator was not working. Please don’t come live here! I regret choosing this place! I’ve been living here for 7 months and I had problems with the AC, washer, garbage disposal and now the access to the gates and mailbox room. There hasn’t been a month where I’ve been able to live without issues… if I haven’t signed a lease I would had moved out already. The management office is unresponsive and when they answer they can’t provide a fix for the issues. Giving one star is too much for this place!
