Yo vivo en unos de sus propiedades un día 21 de abril tuve una discusión con la manager de esa propiedad que es muy grosera por cierto. Y el siguiente día me mando una nota de desalojo. Y llame en esta oficina y puse la queja y gracias a la señora Salí que es la manager general y me ayudo a resolver el caso. Y yo pienso que si alguien me mira este mensaje que vive en estas propiedades mejor llamar aquí en stone mountain properties por que algunos de los manager de cada complejos ya se creen superiores y abusan de su cargo
This is a bad management company! I live at one of their property for many years but the manager there is very bad. She shut down the entire property water to prevent the water pipe burst a day before the blizzard caused the resident a lot of inconvenience, we report to the management office but they take for a while to resolved the issue. This year 2026 she turn off the water again a day before the blizzard. All of the resident so glad she is retire, no one will be suffer from her anymore!
I currently live in one of their properties, West Chase Apartments (2828 Rogerdale). My neighbors have been partying until 2:00 AM, 6:00 AM—and most recently, 4:00 AM. They woke me up, and I was unable to go back to sleep. When I filed a complaint, the property manager offered nothing but justifications for the neighbors' behavior; instead of receiving a sympathetic response, I was met with threats regarding the terms of my lease agreement. I intend to take corrective action against the property management.
Hola vivo en este complejo de apartamentos de SunBlossom Mountain y ya llevamos 6 semanas sin agua caliente y hasta hoy no hay una respuesta concreta de cuando se arreglará el problema, esperamos sea lo mas pronto posible .
