I’ve lived at Stone Mountain properties in the Galleria for 15 years. It’s been a great place to live.
I lived at sun blossom mountain the 2nd lease alot music til 2am. The guy behind me everyday I tried calling the head office 2 times no response I went up there 1st time 2 people listen said it was the supervisor decision that didn't happen. Later on I meet her she s nice no time to really listen. The manager made me pay reletting fee I had noise problems for about 4 months. Then later the manager wants to charge for cheap floors I suggested real tile floors said company said they don't do that.

Do not rent with this company. Do not work with this company. Sunblossom at woodlake us one of their properties that is being poorly managed, it’s a complete dump. I’ve been threatened by someone on one of their property grounds. There’s a huge issue with the tenants, the complex itself is not up to par, they have tons of bugs. Nothing has been done.
