I love it all! Hiking up the side of the mountain, walking around it for a great workout with or with my dogs. Taking my kids to the winter snow play and slide. The summer adventure pass is fun for the young kids and grandparents to enjoy watching the kids play while they relax in the shade! The entertainment, the activities, the exceptionally friendly staff! The history of the carved general and their faithful horses. So much to do and see! Heritage and history mean nothing anymore. Made my last trip to Stone Mountain on July 26.
To have a Natural Phenomena of this Caliber, then to Build a World Class Memorial in, on and around it. We are nothing shy of Blessed for the Privilege to be able to enjoy it. Just Amazing.
The man watching the smaller rock climb obstacle, Eric. I give him 10 stars!! He was friendly and he helped my daughter learn how to rock climb!
Really, really, really proud of y'all for standing ur ground and hosting the confederate flag rally. Show them what that flag is all about. Wish I could take my family to it, but know you've got our support all the way from Missouri :-) PS Plz post pics :-)
I've been going to Stone Mountain for fifty years . Great place to go .Now my kids go with us now . Will be back for the CHRISTMAS Holidays also .
