I’ve had a terrible experience with this management company regarding my paid parking spot. Despite paying for a designated space, I constantly find other cars parked in it. When I reported the issue, I was told to just park on the street because people are at the doctor’s office—completely unacceptable. I would leave half a star if I could. This company treats its tenants like garbage. I have never had more useless and frustrating phone calls with any company. They lose your paperwork, they promise things that they never follow through on, and they're costumer service reps working from home in the off hours (sometimes even in the middle of the day during the week), are totally powerless to help you. Having lived here for 8yrs and IMO, have been an outstanding tenant, I see no reason for the gross negligence displayed by the managers/ landlord whose office is located off site, in Short Hills, NJ. Despite numerous complaints involving plumbing issues, collapsing bathroom sink propped up by a two by four( thank you maintenance ppl) , a bathtub that has enamel peeling off after every use causing drain to clog and hazardous slippery conditions and now an infestation of parasites that because I called at 4:40 pm on a Friday w... read more
