In extracting one tooth, he damaged two others, didn't seem to care and his only response was I'd have to see my dentist about getting them fixed. Won't be going back.
Great experience (five star) with Dr.Stone himself but the customer service on the other hand has dropped this down to a two star. post-wisdom teeth extraction they couldn't tell me if I had stitches in my mouth. When I asked, the receptionist Amber reply was 'most likely' I asked her that I wanted to be aware of where they were in my mouth as this is a very painful experience. After reading very very mixed reviews I had no idea what to expect when going to see Dr. Stone to get a tooth pulled. He was very pleasant and extracted the tooth very quickly with no pain at all. He definitely knows what he’s doing. The whole experience was overall relatively pleasant He was super nice about me needing more freezing and apologized if I ever winced or anything. For getting a tooth taken out, he was really good about it. I don’t have any complaints!
