I have been coming to this place for a couple years now, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is super friendly, and the customer service is amazing! Highly recommend.
Everyone here is so friendly, from the time we walked in until we left we felt we were their number one priority. The doctor explained everything, showed me what my concerns were, and left me feeling relieved. When it was time to pick frames there was no pressure and it was my choice. Definitely will be back next year.

I was told by the optimist that glasses would be here yesterday and now im being told not till Monday.
LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE , STAFF HAS POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS, THEY CALLED SAID THEY VERIFIED INS THEN ON DAY OF APPT THEY SAID OH THEY APOLOGIZE THAT NO ONE HAD CALLED ME BUT THE COULD NOT TAKE INS.. WHEN ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME I WAS GIVEN THE ANSWER "I DON'T KNOW" THEY FRONT DESK DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT CONTRADICTING WHAT EACH OTHER WAS SAYING....CHAOTIC MESS, WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO FIGURE OUT WHO MADE THE ERROR ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS ARGUING ABOUT HOW THEY TOLD HER ONE PRICE BUT CHARGED ... read more

Great experience every time! All the staff is very friendly and Doctors are very helpful and it it SO easy to make an appointment on line or on the phone. They have a huge selection of frames so you can definitely find something you like every time!
